Ultra Focused Approach
The beetle devastation to our trees is our primary focus. Protecting the environment while helping eradicate the problem is why our company was formed. As local residents and outdoor enthusiasts, we love the natural beauty of Colorado. Recent drought conditions with long-term forecasting predicting it only getting worse have caused us to take action. We started this company to help our neighbors protect their land, their trees, and their community. Through preventative steps and thoughtful care, we aim to make a difference in our communities, inform our clients, and not let the beetles devastate our beautiful state.
Meet the Team
Ryan Trombley | Co-Founder
Ryan has spent the past 16 years living in Fourmile Canyon above Boulder, where he and his family have built a life centered around the mountains, the outdoors, and their local community.
While raising an adventurous and spirited family, Ryan has volunteered with the local fire department and owned and operated several businesses, developing a strong connection to the people and places that make Colorado home.
Over the years, Ryan has witnessed firsthand the effects that wildfire, flood, and drought can have on Colorado’s forests, properties, and mountain communities. Those experiences have given him a deep appreciation for the importance of protecting the trees and landscapes that define where we live.
That’s why Beetle Defense Pros is more than another business venture for Ryan—it’s a project he holds close to his heart. It’s an opportunity to help neighbors protect their properties, care for their trees, and preserve Colorado’s forests for generations to come.
